Bandit and another dog were abandoned outside a business with a note attached.  The note basically stated his age and that owner could no longer care for him. 

Bandit has a lot of personality and loves to be around people.  He is a door darter and does like to be outside and going on walks.  A home with young children could be a problem if they can open outside doors. 

He is friendly to most people but has greeted a few by barking.  We haven't determined what triggers his decision to be friend or foe.  He does well with other small dogs but he does try to dominate.

He has been in quarentine since rescued so we have worked with potty pads.  He is doing well but not 100%.  He is very smart and does want to please so we believe that transitioning to going outside will be fairly easy.
