Dori was picked up on a farm road far from any homes.  She is very sweet and wants a lot of attention.  Loves people.  She is quite snappy however with the other dogs in her foster home, regardless of the size.  She also chases cats. 

UPDATE:  After Dori was established in our little pack of dogs, she has been accepted by the other dogs and she as well has started accepting them.  No more snapping!  She even ignors the cats and isn't trying to get them to run from her.  Of course these cats are old overweight Toms that rarely move much anyway and Dori has learned that they aren't budging and they have claws and teeth.  Quick lesson learned, cats don't play well.

Older children will have a great relationship with her.  Very young children may create a challenge for her and should not be alone with her until she is familiar with all the family members and her temperment is known.
