Smoke was surrendered when her family moved from the country into town. 

Smoke absolutely loves people.  All people.  She is a leaner so when she is befriending you she may also knock you over.  We have not had issues with her biting, but her tail is like a whip and is really painful if you are in its path, so small children should not be left with her. 

She had no lead training or obedience skills when surrendered.  We have been working on both and made good progress.  She is very excitable and it takes a little time to get her to listen to the commands, but when she does, she really wants to please you. 

She loves to run free but can't be trusted to stay in a yard without fence.  Easily distracted by squirrels and cats and will pursue.  On lead, she calms down and will not pull most of the time.  She is strong so anyone walking her would need to have the strength to hold her on those occations when she wants to pull.
