Lucy is a surrender from an older lady that realized she couldn't keep up with active puppies. She surrendered Lucy and Charlie Brown which are said to be full Chihuahua.  So far, not a barker.  She has had all shots and will be spayed on July 29.  They are sweet personalities and we are starting the house breaking.  They are very playful.
