Chico is an adorable little pup.  Street rescue is you can believe he survived until rescued!  So sweet and little.  He will be neutered in near future, but for now, he is just a puppy looking for a truly forever home.  He has a long loving life ahead and needs a stable home.  No bad habits formed and ready for training on how to be a good dog!
