Elsie was named a cow's name because of her unique coloring.  She is one that just entertains you with her perky actions.  She thinks that she is the center of attention by just walking into a room.  Elsie likes to play with balls and actually loves sitting in water.

She cannot swim however and doesn't know it, so she should not be in a home with a pool or ponds that she could fall into.  Elsie is kennel trained and great with kids.
