Bella was rescued from the local pound on the last day through a coordination between animal control officers, a volunteer foster caregiver and a sponsor living over 100 miles away.  It takes many people that care to save these animals.

Bella is young, healthy and very active.  She knows some commands, sit and no, and leads on a leash.  She does well with adults but has some play issues, becoming overly excited and possessive of her toys.  This issue will be worked with by the foster family but it appears that she has been encouraged to play rough.  Bella loves squeeking toys and does play fetch although she isn't consistant about returning the toy. 

Bella does well with other medium or small dogs.  We haven't had her around cats at this time.  Bella will make a wonderful pet for families that are familiar with the terrier personality and breed.
