Pansy had tags and collar but when we called the number, they had moved.  Pansy is such a bundle of energy and love all combined.  Her rescuer had 3 tiny Yorkies and she invaded their area repeatedl, only to be chased back out.  Patsy wants a yard and another dog about her size would be great.  She loves people and other animals.  She has been around cats and will chase them if they run.  The older, wiser cat in the household called her bluff and they got along great after that.
