Oscar was dumped far enough away from home that he wouldn't come back. He was full of ticks and had scars and a couple wounds on his body. He loves people but is shy at first but once he gets to know you he's full of love. He would like to be the only dog in the household. He does play well with his other playmates at home but does get jealous. He would love to find a forever home with a loving family or just with a loving person.
