Marshal and his friend Chester were found in rural area with loads of fleas and ticks.  Marshal was suffering from Porcupine quills in his facial areas and needed medical attention.  An old tag was on one of the dogs and individual was contacted but did not want to provide any help. 

Marshal does know some commands like SIT and OFF and isn't too bad on lead.  He loves attention from the volunteers, not shy.  Hasn't shown a lot of interest in toys yet but did like the squeekers just didn't know what to do with them.  He has a calm nature.  Didn't bark a lot when confined outside but did whine some.

He will need a secure fenced yard as he has been roaming for some time.
