Rescued from the streets of Granite, near the prison during cold weather.  Who dumps at a prison?? 
Thankfully she was seen by a local resident and fostered until space was available.  Sweet but a little shy.  Loves you to death when she trusts you.  Do not think she will need a lot of grooming but could use a trim from time to time.
