Chewy was left behind when his family moved.  It is possible that a friend or relative was supposed to care for him, but basically, he was abandoned.  We think he is an awesome dog!!  He dances and sings, so he is quite the entertainer.  His days of chewing also seem to be gone, so don't let the name bother you.  He does know his name, but you can change it.

Chewy's final vetting is at the end of October and he will be available at that time.
