Firefly was rescued when her owners moved away and just didn't care enough to take her.  She is super shy and submissive.  Other dogs pretty much walk over her, so she will do best in a home with no other dog or a dog that is not highly dominant. 

Firefly craves affection and attention.  She has been with children and rolls around with them and becomes much more confident and playful.  With support and care Firefly will become the awesome dog she was made to be. 

She has only been in an indoor setting since the beginning of September, so no to housebreaking so far.  We have had her quarentined during vetting.  She is smart and she loves to go outside, so housebreaking is just a matter of teaching her what she should do.  She is starting to follow the command "Sit" and "Back", in just a few days.
