He is a cuddle bug, lots of energy.  Pretty much house-trained, knows the concept but sometimes gets excited.  Gets along well with others—however he has worn out his welcome with an older dog in the foster home.  Play is his favorite thing and he can make a toy out of anything.

Found at school yard, so he is extremely fond of kids.
