Ele was rescued in the parking lot of an area restaurant/hotel.  She was very neglected with untrimmed nails that cut into her foot pads and matted hair.  Even with the obvious pain that these conditions must have caused, she was never aggressive when picked up and tried to show affection.

After several approaches to her conditions, it was determined that she did suffer from allergies that affected her skin.  With a specific diet and routine allergy shots she is enjoying a healthy coat and life.

Ele has the heart of a puppy.  She loves her toys and running around her yard.  She is a terrier,
so if you have a yard with squirrels or gophers, she may try to capture them.
