This beauty is a backyard rescue.  Someone or mother cat placed her where she could be rescued.  Sweet natured and playful.  The tabby type of this pattern is called Mackerel but they named her Salmon.  Interesting!

The Mackerel tabby cat loves to play and explore. They can follow you around like a puppy and even play fetch. Additionally, they are considered to be more intelligent than other types of cats. They are clever and amusing, and maker wonderful companions. (per the internet)
