Jiggs was apparently dumped in the country and luckily found his way to a kind family that helped him.

Jiggs was with another larger terrier type male and was clearly the dominent pup.  He is really playful and
does walk on leash.  His basic commands are weak but he is really SMART.... but stubborn.  With some consistent direction, he can be an awesome addition to a family.  Just needs a little TLC.
